FYC-NHS provides a variety of teaching resources for students they prepare textbooks and there is also a computer room that can be accessed by students in the classroom there is also a tv available to display teaching devices such as power points or videos.

To evaluate understanding and skills at FYC-NHS there are exams that are conducted every quarter but the teacher does not only use written tests, but also various other forms of assessment, such as projects, presentations, laboratory experiments, and student portfolios.
