1. Teaching method


in my observation in class when teaching in class Teachers apply a variety of interactive and student-centered teaching methods. Lecture-based learning is used to explain theoretical concepts directly, providing a foundation of understanding before students explore the material further. In addition, group discussions are applied to encourage students to discuss and share ideas with classmates, so that they can deepen the concepts learned. there are also problem-solving activities where students are challenged to solve problems or case studies to develop critical thinking skills. In addition, teachers implement project-based learning that allows students to create work related to real-world applications, so they can better understand the relevance of the material in everyday life. This approach makes learning more interesting, interactive and helps students in understanding the material more deeply.

2. Learning material and inovation

The innovative teaching strategies used include the use of technology to enhance students' learning experience rather than just through textbooks. Teachers utilize PowerPoint presentations, interactive videos to make the material more interesting and easy to understand. In addition, students also use online resources in learning so that they can develop digital literacy and critical thinking skills. 

3.Sources of learning and technology

FYC-NHS provides a variety of teaching resources for students they prepare textbooks and there is also a computer room that can be accessed by students in the classroom there is also a tv available to display teaching devices such as power points or videos.

 4.Authentic assesment

To evaluate understanding and skills at FYC-NHS there are exams that are conducted every quarter but the teacher does not only use written tests, but also various other forms of assessment, such as projects, presentations, laboratory experiments, and student portfolios. In addition, direct observation and class discussions are also part of the assessment to see how students apply the concepts they have learned in real situations. This helps to ensure that learning does not only focus on theory, but also on practical skills and problem solving.

 6.Summary and Suggestion 1.Purpose of practicum  The purpose of this practicum is to provide direct teaching experience, improve pedagogical skills, and hone abilities in classroom management and communication with students. In addition, this practicum is an opportunity to apply the theories that have been learned in real situations in the classroom . 2. Prosedures of practicum  Practicum prosedures include teacher observation, lesson planning, preparation of teaching materials, implementation of classroom learning, as well as reflection and evaluation of the effectiveness of the methods used.
