 6.Summary and Suggestion





1.Purpose of practicum 

The purpose of this practicum is to provide direct teaching experience, improve pedagogical skills, and hone abilities in classroom management and communication with students. In addition, this practicum is an opportunity to apply the theories that have been learned in real situations in the classroom


.

2. Prosedures of practicum 

Practicum prosedures include teacher observation, lesson planning, preparation of teaching materials, implementation of classroom learning, as well as reflection and evaluation of the effectiveness of the methods used. Each stage is accompanied by a supervising teacher to ensure the improvement of teaching skills.

3. outcome of practicum 

During this program, my skills in developing lesson plans, delivering material clearly, and managing the classroom have improved. I also learned how to actively engage students in learning and adapt teaching methods to their needs.

4.The challenge of practicum 

Some of the challenges include managing student behavior in the classroom, maintaining student engagement throughout the lesson, and managing time effectively. Adapting learning methods to diverse learning styles also requires creativity and flexibility.


5. overall impressions 

This practicum was a very valuable experience and enriched my understanding of the world of education. The program provided deep insights into classroom dynamics and strengthened my commitment to become a better educator.


6. Summary and Suggestion 

Overall, this program has been very good in providing direct teaching experience. However, the short duration of the program of only one month is not enough to really explore various aspects of teaching and classroom management. If possible, extending the practice time will provide more opportunities to hone teaching skills, understand student characters, and try various learning methods in more depth.

4. Observation Teacher 1. Planning for teaching For lesson preparation, teachers first develop a lesson plan according to the topic to be taught. This plan includes learning objectives, teaching strategies, and assessment methods that will be used. In addition, teachers also prepare various media and learning aids, such as PowerPoint presentations, teaching materials, and other supporting media to ensure the teaching and learning process is effective and interesting . 2.
